If you’ve found this page its because you’re trying to find out more about UCF’s Project Fit. Have you ever started a new program of physical exercise and found it difficult to stick with it? Maybe you made a New Year’s Resolution to get in shape and you’ve found it hard to achieve that goal? We all experience barriers to getting involved in physical exercise and researchers from the UCF Psychology Department have reviewed all of the relevant literature on barriers to physical activity and developed a 6-week motivational intervention to help you achieve your exercise goals.
